These Terms of Use explain the rules for accessing and using the FlypSense website, Resale Guides, and links to the FlypSense app. By using FlypSense, you agree to use the service responsibly and understand its limitations.

What FlypSense provides

FlypSense provides resale research and decision support.

FlypSense may help identify items, review resale signals, surface marketplace evidence, estimate possible value, flag risk, and frame a buy, maybe, or skip decision.

FlypSense is designed to support your judgment. It does not make purchasing, pricing, listing, shipping, or marketplace decisions for you.

No guaranteed results

FlypSense does not guarantee profit, resale value, or that an item will sell.

  • FlypSense does not guarantee that any item is authentic, valuable, profitable, or sellable.
  • FlypSense does not guarantee that an item will sell on any marketplace or sell within any specific time frame.
  • FlypSense does not guarantee that marketplace evidence, estimated values, suggested prices, or scan results are complete, current, or error-free.
  • You are responsible for deciding whether to buy, list, price, ship, return, or discard an item.

No appraisal, tax, legal, or financial advice

FlypSense is not a certified appraisal or professional advisory service.

FlypSense provides informational resale guidance only. It does not provide certified appraisals, authentication guarantees, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, insurance valuations, or professional business advice.

If you need a certified value, legal guidance, tax advice, or authentication for a high-value item, use a qualified professional.

User responsibility

You are responsible for inspecting items and verifying important details.

  • Inspect condition, damage, missing parts, odors, authenticity concerns, and safety issues before buying or listing.
  • Verify item identity, model numbers, maker marks, sizes, materials, and other details when they matter.
  • Review sold comps, active listings, marketplace fees, shipping cost, return risk, and your own profit target.
  • Follow marketplace rules, legal requirements, and restrictions for the items you sell.

AI and marketplace evidence limitations

Scan results can be wrong, incomplete, or affected by missing evidence.

FlypSense may rely on photos, item details, third-party providers, marketplace data, AI-assisted analysis, and other signals. Results may be affected by poor photo quality, missing tags or marks, incomplete marketplace data, provider downtime, search limitations, outdated listings, or ambiguous items.

Use FlypSense results as one input in your decision, not as the only basis for spending money.

Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation

Paid plans, trials, scan limits, and billing rules may apply.

FlypSense may offer free scans, paid subscriptions, trial or cancellation windows, monthly or annual billing, and scan limits. Plan details, pricing, and scan limits may change over time.

  • If a card is required for a paid-plan trial or cancellation window, you are responsible for cancelling before the applicable deadline if you do not want to continue.
  • Trial or cancellation offers may be limited to one use per account, customer, payment method, or household.
  • Scan limits, included features, marketplace coverage, and plan availability may vary by tier.
  • Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, subject to their terms and policies.

Acceptable use

Use FlypSense fairly and do not abuse the service.

  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass scan limits, interfere with, or misuse FlypSense.
  • Do not use FlypSense for fraud, illegal goods, unsafe activity, misleading listings, or marketplace abuse.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or content that violates law, rights, or marketplace rules.
  • Do not use FlypSense outputs to make false, deceptive, or unsupported claims in listings.

Third-party services

FlypSense may link to or rely on third-party services.

FlypSense may use or link to services such as marketplaces, analytics providers, payment processors, cloud services, AI providers, and website tools. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, data practices, limitations, outages, or restrictions.

Limitation of liability

FlypSense is not responsible for resale losses or missed opportunities.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FlypSense is not responsible for losses, damages, bad buys, missed profits, marketplace removals, shipping losses, returns, chargebacks, inaccurate listings, business interruption, or other consequences from relying on FlypSense results or using the website/app.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you. This section should be reviewed by legal counsel as FlypSense grows.

These terms may change as FlypSense changes.
