From collecting too much to building a resale decision tool.
What started as a love for holiday decorating slowly turned into something bigger. Over the years, we collected more than we had room for. Like many collectors, we wanted to keep finding great pieces, but eventually we had to make space.
So we started selling on the same platforms we had once used mostly for buying. Over time, resale became more than a way to clear space. It became a meaningful source of income for our family.
Why we built FlypSense
Resellers need more than “what is this?”
As we spent more time thrifting, sourcing, and reselling, we kept running into the same problems other resellers face every day.
Some items were hard to identify. Others looked valuable, but we had no easy way to know what they were really worth. Pricing was often a guessing game. Choosing the right marketplace took even more time.
We found ourselves jumping from app to app, searching sold listings, comparing marketplaces, checking condition risk, and trying to make confident decisions before buying or listing an item.

FlypSense is built for thrift store shoppers, estate sale buyers, collectors, vintage sellers, homegoods resellers, and anyone who has ever picked up an item and wondered, “Is this worth buying?”
FlypSense is not meant to replace your judgment. It does not guarantee profit, guarantee a sale, or provide instant appraisals. Resale still depends on condition, demand, photos, marketplace fees, shipping, timing, and buyer behavior.

Deeper support for harder-to-identify estate finds.
FlypSense is only the beginning. We are continuing to improve the app and expand deeper resale support, including Estate Pro, a higher subscription tier designed for resellers who need more monthly scans and deeper analysis of harder-to-identify items.
Estate Pro will focus on categories like unbranded and unmarked vintage pieces, homegoods, silver, jewelry, art, collectibles, and other estate sale finds that often require more than a quick search.
